FAQs
If you have a question about the Summit that isn’t answered below, please get in touch via the Contact Us page.
Your ticket includes all talks and workshops, plus access to the exhibitor space where you can network, see demonstrations and participate in interactive experiences. Tea, coffee and plant-based biscuits will be provided (gluten free options will also be available). You will need to bring your own lunch, or visit one of the plant-based vendors on-site. There are cafes walking distance to the venue, although we suggest having organising lunch on-site so you give yourself plenty of time to look around the exhibitor hall.
You can see the full schedule HERE.

We’ve got lunch covered! Two fantastic food vendors, The Jamaican Hideaway and Chubby Vegans, will be on-site serving up delicious vegetarian and plant-based meals during the lunch break. Alternatively, feel free to bring your own packed lunch.
Tea and coffee will be provided free of charge, but don’t forget to bring your own thermos flask or mug. And be sure to pack a reusable water bottle—refilling stations are available on both floors.
Plus, thanks to D*MN Good and Ombar, you can enjoy some tasty plant-based snacks, available at the tea and coffee station during the break.
The Summit will kick-off at 10.30am and will wrap up at 5.30pm. We are also planning a networking event on the Friday before the Summit and a social event on the evening of the Summit. More information regarding these coming soon.
We are focusing on making this a UK-focused event, firstly to celebrate the great work that is being done here, but also to reduce the carbon footprint of the event. We welcome anyone from overseas who can get to us without flying!
